To ensure smooth delivery, please double-check that you’ve provided a clear and complete address, including your full name, street number, a business, or house name if applicable.

All orders are sent via Malta Post.

It’s best to provide the address as it appears in Maltese, without Anglicising.

If possible we recommend personal addresses over business offices.
Business office opening hours could effect your delivery.
It's possible other people may be handling your post.
This can leads to confusions.

For PayPal payments, make sure your address is up to date in your account as well. Thank you for helping us get your order to you without delay!

If an order is returned to us due to an incomplete address, we’re happy to resend it once it’s returned at no extra charge for the first attempt.
This can take up to 1 week.

However, if it is lost due to incorrect or incomplete address & does not return to us, we would need to ask that a new purchase be made to replace it.

If the lost package is later returned to us we will of course reimburse the cost.
