If an order is returned to us due to an incomplete address, we’re happy to resend it once it’s returned at no extra charge for the first attempt.
This can take up to 1 week.

However, if it is lost due to incorrect or incomplete address & does not return to us, we would need to ask that a new purchase be made to replace it.
